A Text Fragment or a Scroll to Text Fragment - as it is called in Chrome - is a fragment you can add to a URL to highlight a piece of text on the page. It works by adding #:~:text=Some text here to the URL, then if the text is matched on the page it will scroll to that page and highlight the text.
